I’m Lucy - a diploma qualified massage therapist, life coach and visual artist, with 10+ years experience in body work.

I'm a passionate and creative being who loves to explore both the internal and external worlds, and connecting with others to create a deep and meaningful life full of vitality and well-being.

I grew up in the beautiful town of Bellingen, NSW, where time spent in creeks, forests and a supportive creative community shaped who I am today. I fell in love with drawing and painting at a young age, and I've kept the magic of imagination and self expression growing with me throughout life. After spending six vibrant years studying in Melbourne, I returned to the Northern Rivers, where my heart feels most at home.

Now based in Ballina, I’m surrounded by beaches, rainforests and waterfalls that keep me grounded and inspired. Nature is my reset button, and I prioritise it daily.

My work centres on helping people feel better in their minds and bodies through relaxing massage, facial treatments and life coaching. It’s deeply fulfilling to support others in reconnecting to their inner peace and potential.

Outside of work, you’ll find me reading, creating art, adventuring outdoors, dancing at festivals, or sharing good food and sunrises & sunsets with friends.

My path hasn’t always been bright; I’ve navigated depression, anxiety and low self-esteem, and spent years feeling disconnected from myself. Through personal development, study, healing work and life coaching, I learned to shift my mindset, build self-love, set boundaries and live in alignment with my true self.

This inner transformation changed everything.

Now, my mission is to empower others to master their mindset, trust their intuition, express themselves confidently, and create a life aligned with their purpose, free from self-doubt and fear.
